I am a trained Horticulturist and Permaculture desginer, and have been working to produce food for the last 30 years.
I am particularly skilled at fruit growing and soil regerneration.
I have been training people in Permacuture for the last 10 years, and I am also a permaculutre diploma tutor.
WE designed and set up the Apricot centre at Huxhams cross farm in 2015, and it is now a trhiving market garden, with fruit vegetables, chicken tractors, small scale grain and milling, wiht a wellbeing service for young people embedded in the farm itself. The business is fincally self sustaining. It is registered Biodynamic.
In the winter months we offer training in Permacutlure design, training for the diploma, agroforestry and Biodynamic farming and growing. WE also make jam when its raining.
I offer a design consultancy, and we are work on small holdings, large gardens, farms, estates, projects and schools in a very interactice way. We work closely as a team to create permaculture designs and business plans if necessary.
