Humber Down Wood - Educator Profile

Biography

Humber Down Wood is a non-profit organisation based in a 100 acre wood near Teignmouth.
We have created an interactive wood which aims to get people hands - on with nature.
As well as the native and commercial woodland, a 2 acre forest garden is being created where people can learn about sustainable horticulture, agroforestry and heritage crafts.
It is open to the general public for courses and open days. We also have a 'Forest Garden School' and will deliver school trips from September 2018.
