Permaculture Facilitators: The lead facilitator is Ezio (“Buzz”) Gori (www.permaculture2012.co.za), with co-opted facilitators and hosts, Michael and Colleen Thornhill on their farm Renewal Retreat.
What students will learn: This PDC provides students with a very wide range of sustainable design skills that will add value to your business, your projects, your livelihood and your health. Michael and Colleen (www.colleenshealthbeat.co.za) will provide healthy vegan meals, demonstrate how these are prepared and also lecture about nutrition. The PDC is underpinned by a thorough Permaculture design process that is designed to embed project management skills to facilitate the ensuing Permaculture design practice that students will undertake during the course.
